A flexible companion to Turning the Tide on Trash, aimed at grades 3–12 but usable across ages. Modules cover where marine debris comes from, what it does and how to prevent it, with art, earth science, life science and physical science strands, each tagged to the Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS). US National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA)'s educator hub also has a curricula filter tool for finding lessons by grade and topic.

Who made and funded this: Ocean Conservancy (US non-profit; in 2023–24 its income was 58% from individual donors, 31% from foundations and 6% from companies, including the drinks company PepsiCo) with the NOAA Marine Debris Program. No licence is stated on the page, so link rather than copy. How to use it: pair with the International Coastal Cleanup data for a community-science angle. Free; link only.
