Refill businesses only survive if people use them. In Australia, Reusable Nation maintains a community-updated map of zero-waste and bulk shops (reusablenation.com/zero-waste-shopping-melbourne-map national despite the name), and The Source Bulk Foods has 50-plus stores. In the UK, the Refill app is now 'Refill Return', operated by Ecosurety, and lists refill points and packaging-free shops.
Honest caveat: the Refill app is no longer run by City to Sea, whose domain now redirects elsewhere, so treat older City to Sea references as out of date. Bring your own containers; the saving is in reuse, not in the shop.
