The community exists so people can learn from each other. A few rules keep it useful.
- Be kind. People are at different stages. No shaming, no piling on.
- Be honest. Say what actually happened, including what did not work. Personal experience is welcome; medical or scientific claims should link to evidence.
- No advertising. You may mention a product you use; you may not promote a business you are connected to. Up to two links per story.
- Privacy. Use a first name or nickname if you prefer. Never post other people’s details. Your email is used only to contact you about your story and is never shown.
- Moderation. Every story and reply is read by a person before it appears. We may lightly edit for clarity, and we add an editor’s note where a claim needs context. We remove anything that breaks these rules.
- Licence. By posting you allow us to publish your story on this site and in the weekly digest, credited to the name you gave. Ask us any time to remove it.
